The outbreak and development of coronavirus (COVID-19) is continuing to impact people's health and economy around the world. Our top priority is the health and safety of employees, customers, partners, and communities. We understand the challenges facing the healthcare system and we aim to do our best to help the society flat the curve.
I want to personally share HistoLab Canada ’s commitment to you and the steps that we are taking to protect all of our customers, partners, and employees:
- We have implemented work from home policies to limit our office employees’ exposure, but it’s been crucial to do this without compromising the ability to remain connected, productive and work securely.
- Our warehouse and fulfillment department continue to operate as usual. You can continue to place your orders online or from authorized clinics and we will fulfill them as soon as possible. Our employees take seriously the cleanliness of our products, equipment and environment. We know that this is more important than ever.
- For our business clients, even though our consultant team may not be able to visit you personally, they're all still available to you via phone and email.
We ask you to remain patient given the situation and we will do our best to support you in the days ahead.
